SwingMarkets does not endorse, verify performance claims, or guarantee the quality or results of any Expert Trader or vendor.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Marketplace Transactions

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SwingMarkets in the preceding 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotus Technology Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your interactions with Expert Traders or vendors

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lotus Technology Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
