All Expert Trader offerings must be presented as educational and informational only.
Who are the Expert Traders?
Expert Traders are independent vendors who offer educational content, services, and experiences on SwingMarkets. They are not employees or representatives of SwingMarkets.
Each Expert Trader controls their own offerings and pricing.
How do I start selling on SwingMarkets?

Create and submit your listings
Once approved, your offerings can be published on the platform.

What can I sell as an Expert Trader?
You may offer:

All offerings must comply with our Seller Guidelines.
Can I guarantee profits or trading results?
No.
Profit guarantees, “risk-free” claims, or promises of consistent returns are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in listing removal or account termination.
Can I give financial or investment advice?
No.
Expert Traders must clearly position all content as education only.
You may share strategies, concepts, and experiences, but not personalized financial advice.
Listings & Categories
How do I choose the correct category for my listing?
Services → Private 1:1 sessions
Events → Group sessions with fixed dates/times
Memberships → Ongoing access or subscriptions
Digital Products → Downloadable materials
Listings placed in the wrong category may be edited or removed.
Can I sell on other platforms too?
Yes. SwingMarkets does not require exclusivity.
However, you may not:
Redirect users off-platform to avoid fees
Circumvent SwingMarkets’ payment system

How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through SwingMarkets via third-party payment providers on behalf of Lotus Technology Solutions LLC.
