REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on SwingMarkets.com (the “Platform”).

SwingMarkets is a marketplace and educational platform operated by Lotus Technology Solutions LLC (“Lotus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing any product or service on the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.
Because SwingMarkets hosts independent Expert Traders and vendors, refund rules may vary by category but must comply with the minimum standards outlined below.

All refund decisions are made in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

2. Services (1:1 Sessions, Consultations, Private Coaching)

2.1 Cancellations by the Learner

  • Full refund if the session is canceled at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled start time (exact window may be specified on the service listing)

  • No refunds for:

    • late cancellations

    • no-shows

    • partially completed sessions

2.2 Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling may be permitted at the discretion of the Expert Trader

  • Requests must be made before the cancellation window closes

2.3 Cancellations by the Expert Trader

  • If an Expert Trader cancels a session, you are entitled to:

    • a full refund, or

    • rescheduling at your option

3. Events (Webinars, Workshops, Bootcamps, Summits, Meetups)

3.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available up to a specified number of days before the event (as stated on the event page)

  • No refunds once:

    • the event has started, or

    • access to recordings has been provided

3.2 Event Changes
  • Event dates, times, or speakers may change
  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive:

    • a full refund, or

    • access to a replacement event or recording

4. Memberships (Trading Rooms, Signal Groups, Subscriptions)

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once access is granted

  • You may cancel your membership at any time

  • Cancellation stops future billing, but:

    • access continues until the end of the current billing period

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Scripts, eBooks, Spreadsheets)

  • All digital product sales are final

  • No refunds are provided once:

    • access is granted, or

    • the product is downloaded

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • the file is defective or inaccessible, and

  • the issue cannot be resolved by support

6. Physical Products (Shop & Gear)

6.1 Returns

  • Physical products may be returned within [X] days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • unused

    • in original condition and packaging

6.2 Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

    • account suspension

    • loss of access to purchased products

  • We encourage users to contact support to resolve issues before filing disputes

8. Vendor Responsibility

  • Expert Traders and vendors are required to:

    • follow this Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • clearly disclose any additional terms on their listings

    • cooperate in dispute resolution

    SwingMarkets reserves the right to override vendor decisions to ensure fairness and compliance.

9. Taxes & Fees

  • Transaction fees, processing fees, or taxes may be non-refundable where permitted by law
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
