Seller Guidelines

These Seller Guidelines outline the standards and responsibilities for all Expert Traders and vendors offering products or services on SwingMarkets.

SwingMarkets is a marketplace platform operated by Lotus Technology Solutions LLC. All Expert Traders operate as independent vendors and are required to follow these guidelines to maintain platform integrity, trust, and safety.

By listing or selling on SwingMarkets, you agree to comply with these Seller Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Trust & Safety standards, and applicable laws.

1. Role of Expert Traders

Expert Traders on SwingMarkets:

  • Operate as independent vendors

  • Are not employees, agents, or representatives of SwingMarkets

  • Control their own content, pricing, and offerings

  • Are responsible for their communications, materials, and conduct

SwingMarkets does not provide financial advice and does not endorse or guarantee any Expert Trader’s results.

2. Education-First Positioning

All offerings on SwingMarkets must be presented as educational and informational.

Expert Traders must:

  • Avoid presenting content as financial or investment advice

  • Clearly communicate that trading involves risk

  • Avoid language implying guaranteed results

Educational intent must be clear across:

  • service descriptions

  • event pages

  • memberships

  • marketing materials

3. Prohibited Claims & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Profit guarantees or “risk-free” claims

  • Promises of consistent or fixed returns

  • Misrepresentation of experience, credentials, or results

  • Fabricated performance data or testimonials

  • Pressure-based or misleading sales tactics

  • Encouraging reckless or irresponsible trading behavior

Violations may result in listing removal, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

4. Accuracy & Transparency

Expert Traders must ensure that:

  • Listings accurately describe what is offered

  • Pricing, access, and delivery details are clear

  • Any limitations or requirements are disclosed upfront

All communications should be honest, transparent, and easy for learners to understand.

5. Product & Service Categories

Expert Traders must list offerings under the correct category:

  • Services – 1:1 sessions, consultations, private coaching

  • Events – webinars, workshops, bootcamps, group sessions

  • Memberships – trading rooms, signal groups, recurring access

  • Digital Products – downloads, tools, educational materials

Misclassified listings may be edited or removed.

6. Scheduling & Availability

For time-based offerings:

  • Keep availability accurate and up to date

  • Honor scheduled sessions and events

  • Communicate promptly if changes are required

Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in penalties or removal.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Expert Traders must:

  • Follow SwingMarkets’ Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Clearly communicate any applicable cancellation windows

  • Cooperate in dispute resolution when issues arise

SwingMarkets reserves the right to override vendor decisions to ensure fairness and policy compliance.

8. Communication & Conduct

Expert Traders are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally

  • Respond to learners within a reasonable timeframe

  • Avoid harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior

All interactions should support a positive learning environment.

9. Intellectual Property

Expert Traders:

  • Must own or have permission to use all content they provide

  • May not upload copyrighted material without authorization

  • Must respect the intellectual property rights of others

Unauthorized use of content may result in immediate removal.

10. Platform Integrity & Compliance

Expert Traders must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Respect platform rules and safeguards

  • Avoid attempts to bypass platform fees or payments

Circumventing the platform may result in permanent account termination.

11. Enforcement & Violations

SwingMarkets may take action for violations, including:

  • Content removal

  • Account suspension

  • Permanent account termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in loss of access without notice.

12. Updates to Guidelines

These Seller Guidelines may be updated from time to time.

Expert Traders are responsible for reviewing updates and remaining compliant with the most current version.
